How many people can a theater hold?

Theater capacity varies by each theater. Please inquire with an event specialist regarding your specific location.

Do you rent auditoriums for events other than for movie screenings?

Yes, you can rent an auditorium for a movie premiere, film festival, private meeting, or video game party.

Does NCG host events?

Yes, please inquire on our website here regarding your specific event request.

When booking a birthday party do I have to pay for parents?

All guests are charged for entry to theater.

Can I request an itemized receipt for my event?

Please request an itemized reciept from the event specialist.

What is the minimum requirement for booking an event?

Our minimum package starts at 20 guests.

What if I want to purchase hot food or candy with my event?

Hot food and candy items can be purchased at theater on day of event.

Do you require a deposit when booking?

We require full payment at the time of booking.

If booking an event, are we allowed to bring in outside food?

We allow outside food to be brought into party rooms only (select locations).

Can we use the party room (select locations) if we come to see a public show for a birthday party?

We rent the party room out upon availability. Please inquire for your specific location/pricing here.

How long do we have access to the theater for our movie?

You have access to the theater for the duration of the movie you’re viewing.

What if I have an event booked and I become sick/or an emergency arises?

Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the event. If notice is given less than 72-hours prior to event, refund restriction may apply. Reschedule is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event

How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask that you give us a 10-day advance notice.

Do you have a phone number I can contact?

I submitted an inquiry but have not heard from anyone, what should I do?

Please allow the events team 2 business days for response. Also, make sure to check your spam email folder.

Will I get a refund if not all my guest shows up?

Refunds can not be offered for invited guests who do not attend the day of the event.

If I have an event and we don’t use all of our popcorn and drink tubs, can I reuse them at another time?

Popcorn and drinks are only good for day of purchase. You are welcome to fill them the day of, they cannot be brought back for a later date.

Can I have a substitute if my kid can’t eat popcorn?

We do not provide substitutions with our event concession packages. If a guest has a food allergy or cannot eat popcorn, we allow substitutions to be brought in if prearranged with event specialist.

If I book an event, will I share a theater with people outside my party?

If booking a private event, you will not share a theater with guest outside your party. If booking event during business hours your group will be placed into a public showtime. Public showtimes are available for guest outside of you party to purchase.

Who is my point of contact at the theater?

The manager on duty at the time of your event will be your point of contact.

What time should I arrive for my event?

Please talk to your event specialist for your scheduled arrival time.

Can I get points on my NCG Card for booking an event?

Due to the discounts provided with booking a group event, NCG is not rewarding points for group event purchases.

Does NCG provide tablecloths/plates/utensils for the locations with a party room?

No, NCG does not have these items on site or available. If guest prearranged bringing in outside food, they have the responsibility of supplying the products needed for this.

Are NCG Theaters Handicap accessible?

Yes, the theaters are handicap accessible. We have floor level openings in each theater for wheelchairs.

Who can I contact to share feedback of my event?

Your feedback is welcomed and encouraged. Please provide feed back to event specialist.

You can sign up here, on the mobile app (Apple or Android), or in our theater at the box office!

How do I redeem NCG Neighborhood Rewards points?

NCG Rewards points can be redeemed online or at the theater. If online, choose to redeem rewards points at checkout. If in the theater, let the cashier know you wish to use your rewards points toward your transaction.

How do I get reward points?

Sign into your account prior to making your purchase online. If you are in the theater, let the cashier know that you are an NCG Neighborhood Rewards member. This will ensure your transaction applies rewards points to your account.

I didn't earn points from my recent transaction, what should I do?

Please allow up to 30 minutes for your points to show on your account. If they still haven't shown please contact us here.

Do points expire?

Unused rewards points expire after 16 months of no transaction activity.

What happened to My NCGReward$?

Same great program, we've just changed the name! My NCGReward$ is now 'NCG Neighborhood Rewards.' The Rewards program works has stayed the same. If you already have an account, you'll continue to earn 10% CASH BACK.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

Each of our theaters have convenient space dedicated for those needing wheelchairs. Seats on either side of those spaces are only available for purchase when buying a wheelchair space.

Audio Descriptions

NCG is happy to offer audio description services for most of our showtimes. Providing guests with a verbal narration of key visual aspects of the movie. Request a device at our Box Office.

Closed Captioning

For most of our shows we offer a personal open caption device that sits in the cupholder. Request a device at our box office.

Assisted Listening Device

Available for most of our showtimes, our assisted listening devices amplify the audio for the listener. Request a device at our Box Office. You are welcome to bring your personal headphones.

What is the price of your Annual Bucket and Popcorn To Go?

  • We are sold out of 2024 Annual Tubs. They are $4 to refill the 170 ounce tub as many times as you want through December 31st, 2024
  • 2025 Annual Tubs will be on sale starting Black Friday, 2024!
  • $15 for 510 ounce Popcorn To Go Bag (Party Shareable Size)
  • $50 for 12,000 ounce Popcorn To Go (Garbage Bag size, please call 24 hours in advance to order)

Can I bring my own food or drink in?

No outside food or drink is allowed.

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase gift cards at your local NCG theater.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, however we really encourage buying tickets in advance online.

What ingredients are in your popcorn?

We pop all of our corn in a delicious blend of Canola and Coconut Oil. Our popcorn, salt, and buttery topping are all Gluten Free and Vegan friendly. We do not use a nut oil to make our popcorn.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes! You can download your mobile app on Apple or Android.

Tickets, Purchases & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests can be made up to 30 minutes before showtimes.

For onsite purchases: for tickets purchased at the box office, please request your refund from there. We are not able to refund gift card purchases.

For online purchases: You can request a refund for your online purchase from your digital ticket email.

I didn't get an email confirmation

Please check your spam folder. If it appears no transaction took place then we recommend calling your local theater to verify.

If a transaction took place but you did not recieve your confirmation email, bring the credit card used to make the purchase with you and our staff can look up your purchase and our theater can print your tickets for you.

What is the BEST way to buy a ticket?

We strongly encourage buying tickets online and in advance of the showtime. This will ensure you have tickets, speed through lines and minimize touch points for sales transactions. You can download your mobile app on Apple or Android.

NCG Platinum Tickets

NCG’s Platinum tickets are priced at $8.50 each, and require a minimum purchase of at least 25 passes. Passes can be purchased at your local NCG theater.

What is NCG's age break for a Senior Ticket?

Ages 55 and older.

What is NCG's age break for a Child's Ticket?

Ages 12 and under.

What is NCG's R-Rated and PG-13 policy?

NCG follows the MPAA guidelines for all movie ratings. In addition, NCG does not allow children ages 6 or under into a Rated-R movie after 6 p.m.
