HOW DO I USE NCG NEIGHBORHOOD REWARDS?

On the NCG mobile app or ncgmovies.com website:

  • Sign into your NCG Neighborhood Rewards account
  • Purchase your tickets
  • That's it! 10% of your net purchase amount will be loaded to your NCG Neighborhood Rewards account to be used for future purchases

 

In person at Your Neighborhood NCG:

  • Before you make your ticket or concession purchase, open the NCG mobile app and show your barcode to a team member OR ask them to lookup your account.
  • Purchase your tickets and/or concessions – don't forget, you also earn 10% CASH BACK on concessions purchases!
  • That's it! 10% of your net purchase amount* will be loaded to your NCG Neighborhood Rewards account to be used for future purchases.

*TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Rewards Cash Back is not earned on discount, sales tax, alcohol and gift card purchases. 
  • Rewards Cash cannot be redeemed for sale of alcohol or gift cards.
  • Rewards Cash is not accumulated on ticket purchases made through third-party resellers
  • Accounts with no activity for 16 months will become inactive, at which time any accumulated Rewards Cash will expire
