- 2023 Annual Tubs are on sale for $25 ($4 to refill the 170 ounce tub as many times as you want through December 31st, 2023, while supplies last)

What is the BEST way to buy a ticket?
We strongly encourage buying tickets online and in advance of the showtime. This will ensure you have tickets, speed through lines and minimize touch points for sales transactions. Please visit your local NCG page to purchase your tickets now.
Can I bring my own food or drink in?
No outside food or drink is allowed.

What are you doing to clean theatres?
We are members of CinemaSafe which is a NATO endorsed cleaning protocol. We take tremendous pride in training our staff on deep cleaning practices to support a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment to be entertained in. We keep continuous attention on cleaning high-touch traffic areas like doors, counters, armrests, and payment areas and perform deep cleaning overnight.
Popcorn FAQ:
You don’t have to feel guilty about enjoying our wonderful buttery popcorn. We pop all of our corn in a delicious blend of Canola and Coconut Oil. Our popcorn, salt, and buttery topping are all Gluten Free and Vegan friendly.

Can I get a refund?
Refund requests can be made up to 30 minutes before showtimes and must be done by contacting your local NCG theater. Please visit your local NCG theater by clicking here. We are not able to refund gift card purchases.
No Email Confirmation?
If you have the credit card used to make the online purchase or the name you made the purchase under, just bring your credit card with you and our staff can look up your purchase and our theater can print your tickets for you.

NCG is happy to offer audio description services for most of our showtimes. Providing guests with a verbal narration of key visual aspects of the movie. Any one of our staff can help you locate a device at the Concessions desk.
Closed Captioning
For most of our shows we offer a personal open caption device that sits in the cupholder. Any one of our staff can help you locate a device at the Concessions desk.
Assisted Listening Device
Available for most of our showtimes, our assisted listening devices amplify the audio for the listener. Any one of our staff can help you locate a device at the Concessions desk.
Does NCG host events?
Yes, please inquire on our website Groups - NCG Movies regarding your specific location.
What is the minimum requirement for a private movie screening?
Our minimum package starts at 20 guests.
Does NCG offer Classic movie titles?
We do have select access to older movie titles, but this does vary on the movie company on when/if we can get a movie in for an event.
Do you require a deposit when booking?
We do require full payment at the time of booking but for most events we do give up to 72 hours prior to the event to cancel for a full refund if needed.
If booking an event, are we allowed to bring in cake/cupcakes?
We do allow cake/cupcakes to be brought in, please inquire with one of our event specialists as this must be prearranged with your booking.
Can we use the party room (select locations) if we come to see a public show for a birthday party?
We do rent the party room out upon availability.Please inquire for your specific location/pricing here.
How many people can a theater hold?
Our theaters/locations can vary on the amount of guest that each theater can hold, inquire with an event specialist regarding your specific location.
How long do we have access to the theater for our movie?
Each movie runtime varies but you only have the theater for the duration of the movie you’re viewing.
What if I have an event booked and I become sick/or an emergency arises?
Cancellations are required 7 days in advance. Please contact your event specialist at events@ncgmovies.com right away and/or the theater to discuss further arrangements.
Do you offer rentals other than movie viewings?
At select locations we do offer other types of rentals aside from movie viewings. Please inquire for your specific location/pricing here.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We do ask that you give us a 10-day advance notice if booking an event during business hours, if booking before hours we may require more notice for staffing purposes.
Can I go to the local theater to pay for my event?
Currently we are only accepting payment through our payment portal via email, this will be sent to you by an events specialist.
Do you have a phone number I can contact?
Please inquire on our website Groups - NCG Movies and request a phone call regarding your event and the event specialist will reach out to you directly.
I submitted an inquiry but have not heard from anyone, what should I do?
Please allow the Events team 24-48 hours to issue a response. If you have not heard back within 48 hours. please resubmit an additional inquiry and contact your local theater manager for assistance.
Will I get a refund if not all my guest shows up?
NCG does not issue refunds for unattended guest.
If I have an event and we don’t use all our popcorn and drink tubs, can I reuse them at another time?
Popcorn and drinks are only good for day of purchase. You are welcome to fill them the day of, they cannot be brought back for a later date.
When booking a birthday party do I have to pay for parents?
You do have the option to include parents in your headcount or arrange for them to purchase tickets separately. Anyone above the age of 3 will be required to have a ticket.
Can I have a substitute if my kid can’t eat popcorn?
We do not provide substitutions with our event concession packages. If a kid has a food allergy or cannot eat popcorn, we do allow substitutions to be brought in if prearranged. See an event specialist for details.
If I book an event, will I share a theater with people outside my party?
If booking a private event, you will not share a theater with guest outside your party.
I booked an event and need an itemized receipt, where can I get this?
Email the events team at events@ncgmovies.com and a specialist would be happy to provide that.
Who is my point of contact at the theater?
The manager on duty at the time of your event will be your point of contact.
What time should I arrive for my event?
Please see your event specialist for your scheduled arrival time.
Can I get points on my NCG Card for booking an event?
We do give points for event bookings, please reach out to your event specialist to discuss the process of getting your points added.
Does NCG provide tablecloths/plates/ utensils for the locations with a party room?
No NCG does not have these items on site or available. If guest prearranged bringing in outside food, they have the responsibility of supplying the products needed for this.
Are NCG Theaters Handicap accessible?
Yes, the theaters are handicap accessible. We have floor level openings in each theater for wheelchairs.
I/myself or a guest of mine has a food allergy, how do I find out the ingredients for your popcorn?
Please reach out to your event specialist and we can provide you with the ingredients in our product for your location.
What if I want to purchase hot food or candy with my event?
Please reach out to your event specialist and they can provide you with the options/ specifics for your local theater.
