Our usual response time is 24-48 hours, during peak business there may be delay in response times. At any time you may call your local NCG location to speak with a Manager for assistance.
- Please make sure to have your NCG Neighborhood Rewards account open in the app while purchasing your tickets or concessions.
- No refunds or exchanges for online ticket purchases or advanced tickets purchased at the theater after the scheduled movie has started.
